Do this with red wine for better skin care
Red wine is a mysterious and magical being. Ingredients: 450ml red wine, one beer pear, sugar, cinnamon.
Directions.
1. Wash and peel the pear.
2. Pour a sufficient amount of red wine into a flat pan, add 70g of rock sugar and 5g of cinnamon powder, stir well with the red wine and then heat over low heat.
3. Boil the red wine and cook the pears for 15 minutes, turn them over and cook for another 15 minutes, then remove them.
4. While cooking, pour the juice over the pears with a spoon to make them more flavourful.
5. Reduce the remaining red wine over a high heat until it is half syrupy and pour over the pears.
-Celery and red wine salad.
Ingredients: sultanas, celery, onion, green pepper, cooked melon seeds.
Accessories: red wine, vinegar, pepper, salt, chicken.
Method.
1: Dice the celery, eggplant, tomatoes, green pepper and onion.
2: Fly the celery and fish it out to cool. Stir-fry the diced eggplant in oil.
3: Mix all ingredients together with a pinch of salt, red wine, pepper, chicken seasoning and vinegar.
Red Wine Stuffed Tofu Ingredients: tofu, pork, mushrooms, shrimps, green beans, red wine.
Method.
1: Cut the tofu into cubes and put them in water to boil for a while.
2: Chop the pork into minced meat, blanch the mushrooms and chop them, stir them together with the minced meat to form a meat filling, add the right amount of salt and chicken essence.
3: Arrange the cooked tofu on a plate; then use a small spoon to dig holes for the tofu. Put in the meat mixture and place a shrimp on top.
4. place the prepared tofu in a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes; take out.
5: While steaming there will be some tofu soup, pour the soup into the pot, add a little green beans, pour in a little red wine, add the right amount of salt, chicken essence and water starch to thicken the sauce, then use a small spoon to pour the thickened sauce over the stuffed tofu.
