Baby Allergy Tips , How to improve your baby’s allergy?

Allergy type: Food allergy Manifestations: diarrhoea, vomiting, eczema Generally, the earliest allergies that appear in children are food allergies, with milk protein allergies taking the brunt of the problem and eggs also being a more common allergen. This is because the child is likely to be exposed to milk from birth onwards. Thereafter, as the child gets older, he or she is exposed to a wider range of foods and may develop allergies to other foods.

If a child is allergic to a particular food, he or she will usually have a reaction such as gastrointestinal diarrhoea and vomiting.

Allergy types: asthma, cough.

Manifestations: cough, shortness of breath, tightness in the chest, accompanied by redness of the face.

(It peaks between the ages of 3 and 7 and then remains at a relatively high incidence.)

Asthma is mainly associated with allergies, respiratory infections and environmental factors. Most asthma attacks occur after the age of 3 years and are characterised by bouts of coughing, shortness of breath and tightness in the chest, without necessarily having symptoms such as fever.

Allergens usually include pollen, dust, insect mites, feathers, plastics, milk, eggs, fish and shrimps, aspirin, penicillin, etc. Sudden exposure to cold air or strenuous exercise can also be a trigger for an attack.

Type of allergy: Skin allergy.

Manifestations: eczema, redness, swelling, tearing.

(Peak incidence under 1 year of age, declines with age.)

Eczema is relatively common in babies and young children and the causes are complex. In addition to food allergies, airborne allergens are also common.

Often children with eczema are congenitally allergic and develop the condition when stimulated by some allergenic factor. For the child, the eczema area can be itchy and painful and can cause irritability, crying and difficulty sleeping.

Type of allergy: Allergic rhinitis.

Manifestations: itchy nose, stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing.

(The incidence of allergic rhinitis rises rapidly after the age of one and remains high until the age of 30 or 40.

The main manifestations are itchy nose, congestion, runny nose and continuous sneezing. Seasonal rhinitis, also known as hay fever, is mainly seen in spring, with regular episodes and is closely related to the spread of pollen. Don’t think that just because your baby has stopped developing eczema after the age of one that you have said goodbye to allergies. Allergies in infancy can be a health hazard for your baby’s future.

To improve allergies.

1. Eliminate high-fat foods and fried foods.

The body’s resistance to allergies is a function of the beneficial bacteria in the body. Excessive intake of high-fat foods and excessive fats can wrap up the beneficial bacteria and make them ineffective.

2、Addition of auxiliary elements.

Vitamin supplementation (daily intake of fruits and vegetables is sufficient) and probiotics (more than two months). There are three conditions for choosing probiotics.

Firstly, how many active bacteria are left to reach the intestine. Many probiotics have poor acid and bile resistance and are all wiped out before they reach the intestine, such probiotics are an ineffective supplement.

Secondly, the amount of live bacteria should be sufficient.

Thirdly, the formula of probiotics should be safe and stable
